The 2018 JCI European Conference was held in Riga, Latvia from 19-22 June. A total of 1295 delegates from 62 countries attended to develop their leadership skills in order to create meaningful change in their communities and organizations.

Delegates participated in programs such as leadership, collaboration and project management training to amplify their skills and abilities. There were also a variety of leisure events too, like a Sport Challenge and a river cruise.
