Itai Manyere

Born 20 February 1982, Manyere joined JCI Harare, Zimbabwe in 2004. He served on the Local Board and as JCI Harare Local President in 2006. In 2008, he later served on the JCI Zimbabwe National Board in various capacities, eventually becoming the 2014 JCI Zimbabwe National President.  

At the international level, Manyere served as the 2015 JCI Vice President for Africa and the Middle East and was later appointed to the 2016 JCI Skills Development Committee, 2017 JCI Growth and Development Committee for Africa and the Middle East and the 2018 JCI Executive Vice President for Africa and the Middle East.  

In 2019, Manyere served as the Chief Executive Assistant to theJCI President. He has participated in 12 JCI Area Conferences, eight JCI World Congresses and two JCI Global Partnership Summits. He graduated from the 26th JCI Academy in Fukuyama, Japan and has been honored as JCI Senator No. 74629.

Alexander Tio

Born 15 October 1979 in Medan, Indonesia, Tio holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, USA. He is currently the chief executive officer of an elevator company he founded in 2004 and also the director of the holding company.

He currently resides in Jakarta, Indonesia, with his wife, Aelyn Halim, and daughter, Arthalia. Tio joined JCI Medan in 2004. He served as the 2009 Executive Vice President of JCI Medan and the 2013 JCI Indonesia National President. 

At the International level, Tio served as a 2014 JCI Vice President and the 2018 JCI Executive Vice President for Asia and the Pacific. He has attended 15 JCI Area Conferences and eight JCI World Congresses. He has been honored as JCI Senator No. 71688 and he is a Henry Giessenbier Fellow of the JCI Foundation. He speaks English, Mandarin and also Bahasa Indonesia.

Oumar Ouédraogo

Born January 2, 1982 in Bobo Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, Oumar Ouedraogo holds a Master’s degree in Transport Logistics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He works as an accountant for an insurance company and resides in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso with his wife Diaratou and their son Abraham. 

Ouedraogo joined JCI Ouaga Golden in 2005. He became Local President in 2013 and National President in 2016. At the international level, Ouedraogo participated in three JCI Area Conferences and one JCI Academy in Japan. In 2019, he served as Executive Vice President for Africa and the Middle East. He was honored as JCI Senator #74530 and is a Phil Pugsley JCI Foundation Patron. He speaks French.

Amzad Hussain

Born 30 November 1982 in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Hussain holds a Master of Business Administration and works as director of a consumer products manufacturing company. He holds a director position of a family-run travel and tourism company. He is also a co-owner of a franchise cricket team in Bangladesh Premier League. Currently he serves as a director of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). 

He resides in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with his wife Sarah, and their daughters, Nisa and Alzeena. Hussain joined JCI Dhaka East in 2011. He became Local President in 2012 and National President in 2014. At the international level, Hussain served as 2016 JCI Vice President. He also served as a Councilor of the Asia-Pacific Development Council in 2012 and 2013, JCI Partnership Committee Member in 2015, JCI Alumni Relations Committee Member in 2017 and JCI Strategic Planning Committee Member in 2018. He has attended nine JCI Area Conferences, seven JCI World Congresses and three JCI Global Partnership Summits. 

He graduated from the 26th JCI Academy in Fukuyama, Japan in 2013. He has been honored as JCI Senator No. 71987. He is a Henry Giessenbier Fellow of the JCI Foundation. He is a JCI Trainer for JCI Official and Recommended Trainings. In 2019, he served as the Executive Vice President for Asia and the Pacific. He Speaks English, Hindi and Bangla.

Asha Auckloo

Born 29 December 1981 in Mauritius, Africa, Auckloo holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics and Molecular Biology. She works for the Prime Minister’s Office of Mauritius as a Forensic Scientist. She is also involved in training delivery to stakeholders such as Police and Crime Scene Managers in various aspects of Forensic Science. She resides in Mauritius, Africa with her family.

Auckloo joined JCI City Plus in 2011. She became Local President of JCI City Plus in 2014 and National President in 2017.

At the international level, she served as 2018 JCI Vice President and received the JCI Presidential Award for Most Outstanding Vice President for Africa and the Middle East. She has attended five JCI Area Conferences and three JCI World Congresses. She graduated from the 29th JCI Academy in Mito, Japan. She has been honored as JCI Senator No. 76757. She speaks English, French, Hindi and Mauritian Creole.

Marion De Groot

Born May 5, 1981 in Lieshout, the Netherlands, Marion de Groot holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering, and works as an independent requirements engineer and information analyst for several large and small companies. She is currently in the graduation phase of a master’s degree in software engineering. 

She resides in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with her partner Peter Snel. De Groot joined JCI Amsterdam International in 2008. She became Local President in 2010 and Executive Vice President for the National Board in 2011 and 2012. 

In 2016, she fulfilled the position of JCI Training and Skills Development Committee member for Europe. She has attended eight JCI Area Conferences and seven JCI World Congresses. She was honored as JCI Senator #71795. She speaks Dutch, English, Thai, French, German, Chinese and Japanese (in descending order of fluency).

Kevin Hinds

Born September 24, 1980 in Bridgetown, Barbados, West Indies, Kevin Hinds holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Management and works as Regional Manager of business performance, product and strategy implementation at one of the leading banking institutions in the Caribbean. 

He resides in Barbados, with his wife Natalie. Hinds joined JCI Barbados in December 2007. He became Local President in 2013 and National President in 2015. 

At the international level, he has attended three JCI Area Conferences and one JCI World Congress. Hinds is also a graduate of the 2014 JCI Japan Academy. He speaks English fluently and is actively seeking to improve his Spanish.

Ryubun Kojima

Born on 2 January 1981, in Minoh, Japan, Ryubyn Kojima is an Administrator of Katsuo-ji Temple. He resides in Minoh, Japan.

Kojima joined JCI Osaka in 2012. He served as the JCI Chairperson for the Promoting Sincerity to the General Affairs Commission in 2017. In 2019, he served as JCI Osaka President. 

At the international level, he served as a 2018 JCI Vice President. He has attended five JCI Area Conferences and four JCI World Congresses. He speaks English and Japanese.

Saleh Al-Hanash

Born 11 November 1987 in Amman, Jordan, Al-Hanash has a master’s in accounting and organizational behavior from the Edinburgh Business School. He is a Pharmapreneur.

He has founded the Agonist Consult for training & consultation, the Just Start Innovation organization and the Al-Hanash Drug Store for medical equipment in Palestine. Al-Hanash was the 2019 TEDx speaker in Muscat Oman and has been the regional speaker at many universities and organizations. He was the 2019 Young Entrepreneurs of the Circular Economy winner for their pitching competition during the Africa and the Middle West Conference in Balaclava, Mauritius. He was also the 2017 winner of the Jordanian Social Entrepreneur & Fellowship award.

He served as the Local President in 2014 for JCI Amman and the National President in 2017 for JCI Jordan. He has also served as a 2018 Africa and the Middle East Committee member. In 2019, he was a member of the JCI Civil Society Counsel for Africa and the Middle East. He is assigned to Zambia, South Africa, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Syria, Iran and Yemen.

Unotida Nyoni

Born 19 February 1985 in Mberengwa, Zimbabwe, Nyoni holds a Master of Business Administration and is a finance manager for the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation. He’s also an author, speaker and founder of Grand Scale Motivation, a private management consultancy and training company. He resides in Cape Town, South Africa with his wife, Ellen.

Nyoni joined JCI Harare in 2004. He became the Local President of JCI City Zimbabwe in 2012. In 2013, Nyoni moved to Cape Town, South Africa and served as the 2018 National President.

At the international level, Nyoni currently serves as an Africa and the Middle East Council member. He has attended five JCI Area Conferences and three JCI World Congress. He speaks English. His assigned countries are Lebanon, Jordan, Gabon, Uganda, Rwanda, Botswana, Kenya, and DR Congo.

SONEHEKPON Achille Ségbègnon

Born 12 May 1985 in Cotonou, Benin, Segbegnon holds a Master of Civil Engineering, Management and International Trade degree. He is currently the manager for Sonic Corporate Sarl. He resides in Cotonou, Benin with his wife, Marie Ange, and their two children.

Segbegnon joined JCI Cotonou Océan in 2006. He became JCI Cotonou Saphir Local President in 2014. He also served as JCI National Vice President in 2015, JCI National Treasurer in 2017 and as the 2018 JCI Executive Vice President. In 2019 he served asH the assistant to the JCI National President for Africa and the Middle East.

At the international level, he has attended seven JCI Area Conferences and four JCI World Congresses. He participated in the 2014 JCI Partnership Summit. He was awarded the Most Outstanding Member of JCI at the 2013 JCI World Congress. He is a certified JCI Trainer. He speaks French and English. His assigned countries are Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali, Guinea, Senegal, Morocco, Tunisia, Congo, and Gambia.

Mohamad Hijazi

Born 11 June 1989 in Saida, Lebanon, Hijazi holds dual degrees in marketing communication and biology from the American University of Beirut. He is a lead communications consultant, trainer and digital strategist. He was one of the earliest strategists to educate businesses on the importance of digital innovation in Lebanon.

Hijazi joined JCI Beirut in 2014, becoming the Local Director for Communication in 2015 and the 2016 National Director. In 2017, he assisted the National Vice President for Recruitment and Outreach. He graduated from the 30th JCI Academy in Kumamoto, Japan. In 2018, he served as JCI Lebanon National President where he was awarded two international awards at the 2018 JCI Africa and the Middle East Conference in Cotonou. Hijazi is passionate about working on Global Goal #4: Quality Education and Global Goal #8: Decent Work & Economic Growth.

At the international level, Hijazi served on the 2019 JCI Skills Development Committee Member for Africa and the Middle East. He has attended four Area Conferences, four World Congresses, countless National and Regional events in all four areas. Hijazi speaks English and Arabic. He is assigned to Benin, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, Djibouti, Côte D’Ivore, Mauritius, Madagascar and Cameroon.

Hardik Kapadia

Born 23 April 1980 in Kalol, India, Kapadia holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and is currently the managing director for a trading company. He resides in Kalol, India with his wife, Hiral, their son, Het and daughter, Kashvi.

Hardik joined JCI Kalol in 2005. He became Local President in 2010 and National Executive Vice President in 2016.  

At the international level, Hardik has served as Member of Sponsorship Committee in 2017. He has attended two JCI Area Conference and two JCI World Congresses. He has been honored as JCI Senator No 75196. He speaks English and Hindi. He is assigned to Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Thailand.

Andy Erinyes Lau

Born 15 December 1981 in Melaka, Malaysia, Lau holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing management. He works as the managing director of a chain linked budget hotel. He resides in Butterworth, Malaysia, with his wife, Vynndy, and their infant son, Ashton.

Andy joined JCI Alor Setar in 2009 and he chartered JCI Butterworth City in 2011. At the national level, Andy served as the 2012 National Vice President, the 2016 National Executive Vice President, 2017 National Deputy President, served on the 2018 National General Legal Counsel and was the 2019 Malaysia National President.

At the international level, Andy served as a 2014 JCI Development Officer. He has attended five JCI Area Conferences and one JCI World Congress. He has been honored as JCI Senator No. 75759. He speaks English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. He is assigned to Japan, Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia.

Kota Aoki

Born 30 January 1983 in Handa, Japan, Aoki is the senior managing director of Taketoyoya Co., Ltd. He resides in Handa, Japan located in the Aichi Prefecture.

He joined JCI Handa in 2010. In 2017, he served as Local President. He served as 2018 JCI Vice President in the General Affairs Group. In 2019 he was JCI Vice President for the JCI Japan Organizational Evolution Group.

At the international level, Aoki served as the 2014 JCI Development Officer for Asia and the Pacific. He has attended JCI Area Conferences and JCI World Congresses. He speaks English and Japanese. He is assigned to India, Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia and Singapore.

Heather Vardell

Born 13 November 1981 in Columbia, SC, USA, Vardell holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a focus in public administration. She works as a workers’ compensation manager for the national staffing company, Defender Services. She resides in Columbia, SC, USA with her puppy, Rufus.

Vardell joined JCI Cayce-West Columbia in 2009. She served as the Individual Development Vice President in 2010, Local President in 2011 and 2012, and the Chair of Local Chapter Presidents for JCI South Carolina. She became the 2013 JCI South Carolina President and the Civic Leadership Certification Program Manager for JCI USA in 2014. She was the National Vice President in 2015, National Membership Director in 2016 and National President in 2017.

At the international level, Vardell served on the Training Task Force in 2014. She was 2019 Chief Executive Assistant for the JCI President and assigned to the Americas and the Digital Transform Committee. She has attended three JCI World Congresses and two JCI Area Conferences. She has been honored as JCI Senator No. 74132. She speaks English. She is assigned to Suriname, Jamaica, West Indies, Dutch Caribbean and Colombia.

Fabio Mello Fagundes

Born 27 September 1983 in Curitiba, Brazil, Fagundes holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is a Doctoral student. He works as the director of his own company in the educational field. He resides in Curitiba, Brazil with his wife, Marciele.

Fagundes joined JCI Curitiba in 2010. He became Local President in 2012, the National President 2018 and was involved with the 2019 Commissioner of American Development Council.

At the international level, Fagundes has attended the JCI Americas Leadership Academy and organized the event this year. He graduated from the JCI Academy in 2017, attended the 2018 and 2019 National Presidents Meeting and attended the 2018 Global Partnership Summit. He has been to five JCI Area Conferences and four World Congresses. He speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish. He is assigned to Paraguay, Venezuela, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru and Bolivia.

Silvetty De La Paz

Born on 7 April 1986, De La Paz holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in business administration. She is currently working as Head of the Billing & Collection Department for the Curacao Oil Products Distributor, CUROIL.

Silvetty joined JCI United Citizens of Curacao in 2012 and became the Local President in 2015. She was recognized as the Most Outstanding Local President of JCI Dutch Caribbean. She served as the 2018 JCI Dutch Caribbean President of JCI, leaving with the achievement of the 100% Efficiency Program.

Silvetty graduated from the 2017 Leadership Academy of the Americas and attended the International Peace Summit in Sarawak, Kuching. As team Captain of JCI Dutch Caribbean debating team, she won the JCI Debating Championship award during the 2017 Conference of the Americas. Silvetty attended the 2016 – 2018 JCI Dutch Caribbean Leadership & Development Academy. She has attended four JCi Area Conferences and three JCI World Congress. She speaks English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu. Her assigned countries are Haiti, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Honduras and Ecuador.

Born 9 February 1990 in Antigua, West Indies. Govia holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and was appointed in 2014 as a Government Senator. Ellimaija Ahonen

Born 9 February 1990 in Antigua, West Indies. Govia holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and was appointed in 2014 as a Government Senator. Ana Nikolova

Born 12 November 1988 in Varna, Bulgaria, Nikolova holds a Master of Economics degree and is currently finishing a PhD in economics. She works as a managing director at a business consulting company and as a business development expert at an IT company. She is also an external expert evaluator for the programs of European Commission. She currently resides in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nikolova joined JCI Varna in 2012. In 2013 she moved to Sofia, Bulgaria where she joined JCI Sofia. She was JCI Sofia Local President in 2015 and JCI Bulgaria National President in 2016.

At the international level, Nikolova was the Counselor for 12 countries while serving on the 2018 JCI European Development Council. In 2019, she served on the JCI Marketing Committee for Europe. She has attended four Area Conferences and two World Congresses. She has been honored as JCI Senator No. 77764. She speaks English and Bulgarian. She is assigned to Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.

Paolo Bellotti

Born 28 November 1983 in Busto Arsizio, Italy, Bellotti holds a high school diploma for computer technology. In 2004, he founded an information technology company that provides assistance, consultancy, software, websites and digital development to his costumers. In 2019, Paolo founded a second company selling online products.

Bellotti joined JCI Varese in 2012. He became Local President in 2015, National President in 2017 and COC Director of JCI International PR & Media Academy in 2018 and 2019.

At the international level, he served as the 2018 JCI Alumni Relations Committee Member for Europe. He has attended five JCI Area Conferences, three JCI Area Presidents Meeting and three JCI World Congresses. He speaks Italian and English. He is assigned to France, Luxembourg, Romania, Serbia, Catalonia, Slovakia and Russia.

Jenni Ahlstedt

Born 11 January 1982, in Gislaved, Sweden, Ahlstedt holds a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration and works as a radio show host, anti-money laundry project leader and event organizer for her own company. She resides in Stockholm, Sweden with her partner, Per, and their daughter, Amanda.

In 2008, Ahlstedt joined JCI Ylöjärvi in Finland. She became Local President of JCI Pirkanmaa in 2011 and JCI Sweden National President in 2015.

At the international level, Ahlstedt served as the 2017 JCI Sponsorship Committee Member and as the 2018 JCI European Academy Director. She has attended twelve JCI Area Conferences and eight JCI World Congresses. She has been honored as JCI Senator No. 76500. She speaks Finnish, Swedish, English and some German. She is assigned to Ireland, United Kingdom, Scotland, Malta, Cyprus, Italy and Moldova.

Mark Smith

Born on 20 April 1980 in Bath, United Kingdom, Smith holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with counseling. He runs a training and consultancy company that works with businesses and NGOs. Smith also works for Healthwatch Sheffield and has worked with several NGOs in senior management positions as well as his local Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Smith joined JCI United Kingdom in 2012 and served as Local President in 2015. He joined the Yorkshire Regional Group Chair in 2017 and served as the JCI United Kingdom National President in 2019. 

At the international level, Smith is a qualified JCI Trainer and was recognized in 2014 as the Most Outstanding JCI Member in 2014. He has attended six JCI Area Conferences, four JCI World Congresses and graduated from the 2014 European Academy as well as the 2018 JCI Academy in Japan. He has been honored as JCI Senator No. 76527. He speaks English. His assigned countries are Bulgaria, Monaco, Turkey, Croatia, Poland, Czeck Republic.

Kevin Hin currently serves as the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Secretary General, responsible for managing the JCI Headquarters team and for supporting the President, Board of Directors and members around the world to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. Born in London, United Kingdom, of Mauritian and Chinese descent, Kevin Hin holds a Master’s degree in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

He brings in a strong business and entrepreneurial background, having most recently worked as deputy Sales Director for the APM Monaco jewelry brand and as Chief Marketing Officer of a start-up in Hong Kong. He resides in Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco, where he moved to with his family in 1989. Kevin Hin’s JCI journey began in 2003 as a member of JCI Monaco. He became Local President in 2006 and National President in 2010 as well as occupying several national board positions.

At the international level, he served as COC Managing Director of the JCI European Conference in Monte-Carlo in 2013 and JCI Vice President for Europe in 2016. He finally served as 2018 JCI Executive Vice President for Europe before being appointed as Secretary General at the 2019 JCI World Congress in Tallinn, Estonia. He truly believes in making the members of the organization feel special and is passionate about the positive impact that JCI can have on young leaders and entrepreneurs around the world.

Lily Chen

Lily Chen currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. In Lily’s JCI journey, she has served as Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Controller. She manages the daily financial and accounting activities of JCI, including budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking operation.

Zack Keener

Zack Keener currently serves as the Accountant for Junior Chamber International (JCI). He has been with JCI since 2018. He holds a bachelor’s of science and mass media from Missouri State University and an accounting certificate from St. Charles Community College. He is pursuing a Master of Forensic Accounting at Webster University in St. Louis, USA. His role at JCI ensures that budgets are balanced and expenditures are properly processed.

Jean Miller

Jean Miller is the Human Resource and Office Manager for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She has worked in various capacities in the U.S. nonprofit industry for well over 20 years. Miller is responsible for managing all payroll, benefits administration and personnel issues for the World Headquarters Staff. She is also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the JCI World Headquarters building and grounds.

Comfort Nkiri

Comfort Daru Nkiri serves as the Skills Development Manager at the JCI World Headquarters. She served as 2013 President of JCI University of Buea. At the national level, she has served as 2014 General Legal counsel, 2015 Project Director and 2016 Personal Assistant to the President of JCI Cameroon. She received her bachelor’s degree in science and sociology, a master’s degree in anthropology and a minor in economics from the University of Buea Cameroon.

Diana Sussman Tockstein

Diana Sussman Tockstein currently serves as the Partnerships Manager for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, focusing in Politics and Diplomacy with minors in Spanish and European Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. At JCI, Diana is responsible for maintaining partnerships with like-minded organizations and developing relevant programs and projects in-line with the JCI mission. In addition, Diana also works on communications and fundraising for the Global Youth Empowerment Fund as well as other internal projects. JCI lets Diana follow her passion for international non-profit work and empowering young people to create sustainable change.

Roberto Elias

Roberto Elias currently serves as Executive Director of Growth and Development for Junior Chamber International (JCI). He received his degree in Business from Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion Catholic University. He also earned an executive MA with an emphasis in finance and marketing from GADEX Business School at Cadiz University, Spain. Elias served as the JCI Area Director for the Americas from 2010-2018. In his current role, he oversees the Growth and Development Team. He lives in Asuncion, Paraguay with his wife and son. He speaks English and Spanish.

Armina Petrescu-Tudor

Armina Petrescu-Tudor currently serves as Growth and Development Coordinator at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her Bachelor of Arts in both International Relations and Environmental Analysis & Policy from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She has prior experience working for international organizations and non-profits within the international development and environmental justice sectors. At JCI, Armina is responsible for managing the Tougher Than Cancer Campaign, developing content and programs for JCI events, creating resources for JCI members, and assisting with any other internal projects and long-term growth strategies in line with the JCI Strategic Plan. Armina’s commitment to humanitarian action and environmental justice drives her work to support JCI members’ efforts to advance the JCI Mission.

Lutz Kohne currently serves as Growth and Development Director for Europe. He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Human Geography from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. He has an extensive background in the international non-profit sector and just sailed across the Atlantic before taking up his new responsibilities in JCI. Thus, as an experienced skipper and project manager, he makes sure to get everyone aboard before catching the wind to embark on new paths to increase JCI Europe’s impact and help the members to initiate new projects and collaborations in Europe.

Growth and Development Director for America

Luis Lane

Luis Lane currently serves as Growth and Development Director for America. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Asuncion, Paraguay. He co-founded, and manages, a snack company in Paraguay and currently sits on the board of other organizations. He is a 2018 Fellow of the US Department of State program, YLAI (Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative). In JCI he is responsible for the members’ development as well as making sure that organizations are making the best of the opportunities! He uses his experience in entrepreneurship to help members develop sustainable and collaborative projects that will impact communities in America.

Growth and Development Director for Africa and the Middle East

Tunji Oyeyemi

Tunji Oyeyemi currently serves as the Growth and Development Director for Africa and the Middle East at Junior Chamber International (JCI). Oyeyemi brings a very strong background in interpersonal skills, conflict management, youth development and business operations. He is a passionate, result-oriented team builder with over seven years of experience in the NGO space. Oyeyemi studied engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria and also attended Lagos Business School. He comes to JCI with experience as the Program Director of Exxes Options Solutions Services Limited and as a director of the African Foundation for Peace and Love Initiative. His JCI journey began in 2000 when he joined the organization at his university. In 2007, he joined JCI Festac and later became a member of JCI Akure. He served as the 2016 JCI Nigeria National President and held various other leadership roles at the local and national levels.

Growth and Development Director for Asia and the Pacific

Sara Ogawa

Sara Ogawa currently serves as the Growth and Development Director for Asia and the Pacific for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her Bachelors of International Relations Studies from Asia University, Japan and later a master’s degree in education from Sophia University, Japan. Sara has held leadership positions in several nonprofit organizations and international organizations prior to joining JCI, and has rich experience of project management and advocacy. With her accomplishment of supporting National organizations in Asia and the Pacific in line with JCI APDC (Asia and the Pacific Development Council) during her career as a JCI Japan member, she is now responsible for assisting the implementation of growth and development strategy in the same area.

Djamo Dahirou

Djamo Dahirou currently serves as Member Services Coordinator for Junior Chamber International (JCI). He received his Bachelors of Political Science and public Administration from the University of Buea and a postgraduate degree in Political Sciences and International Relations from the University of Yaoundé II – Soa, Cameroon. Dahirou’s journey in JCI started in 2014 where he served as 2016 Local President of JCI Yaounde and 2017 National Director for Growth and Development in JCI Cameroon. In his capacity at JCI, he provides constant support to the Membership Services Department by assisting Local 
and National Organizations and creating quality customer service for members. Due to his passion for nonprofit work and education, he believes service to humanity is the best work one can do.

He lives in Douala, Cameroon with his wife and son. He speaks English, French and Fulani.

Growth and Development Coordinator for Africa and the Middle East

Esther Andi

Esther Gaelle Ibeiri Andi currently serves as the Growth and Development Coordinator for Africa and the Middle East for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her master’s degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon. In her capacity at JCI, she helps and assists members of the area with website issues or any issues related to JCI. She equally assists the Area Director for Africa and the Middle East according to the needs of the members. She is also responsible for the translation of work using her knowledge of French and English to ensure that all JCI members in the area and in other areas have the tools and resources in the languages they need.

Leanne Pacheco serves as the Events Director for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She has over eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector specializing in event management and strategies as well as fundraising, sponsorship acquisition and donor relations. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Millikin University, where she majored in Marketing and received a certification in Mediation. As JCI’s Events Director, she ensures successful planning, management and execution of all JCI events, including but not limited to annual Area Conferences and World Congress, meetings at JCI World Headquarters and additional international events. Leanne is passionate about providing and being a part of new and exciting opportunities for young people to come together and spark positive change around the world.

Maren Eriksen-Russo currently serves as the Events Manager at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She attended Truman State University and has a background in fundraising. She assists in the development, implementation, coordination and maintenance of JCI Events and JCI Programs. Her passion for international non-profit work and advocacy informs her work to engage more people with the JCI Mission every day.

Mariana Arce

Mariana Arce currently serves as Events Manager at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received an International Business Baccalaureate from UNIDA and currently lives in Asuncion, Paraguay. As part of the events team, she ensures that the JCI Mission is carried out on every level. She believes that by working at JCI, she has seen the effort people put in every day to make a change in the world that is visible and tangible. Arce is very happy to be part of this global community that believes that each one of us can contribute to make our world a better place.

Nick Sarakas

Nick Sarakas currently serves as Director of IT for Junior Chamber International (JCI). In his capacity at JCI, he manages staff and JCI Board technological needs, as well as help with issues relating to the JCI Website and JCI apps. Furthermore, Sarakas oversees registration before all JCI Events and the on-site registration at JCI World Congresses. Before JCI, Sarakas worked for Internet Service Providers for 9 years. Sarakas currently sits on the board of two non-profits; one helping teach programming to underprivileged children and the other helping raise funds for struggling nonprofits.

Marketing Director

Dan Fox

Dan Fox currently serves as the Marketing Director for the Junior Chamber International (JCI). Prior to his time with JCI, Dan was a journalist, and worked at several St. Louis area newspapers, as well as the local newspapers in Sydney, Nebraska and Skagway, Alaska. If you bump into him at a networking function, ask him about hiking or cross country skiing to break the ice! At JCI, Dan works with the other members on the Marketing Team to facilitate internal and external communications, reaching out to JCI members and spreading the JCI message to people outside of the organization.

He lives in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States.

Ann Marion

Ann Marion currently serves as the Digital Media Manager for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She is responsible for the daily management of JCI’s social media accounts as well as social media regarding the JCI campaigns. Through positive, consistent brand messaging and strategy, she assists the overall image of JCI throughout digital platforms. Ann also assists with website updates and other communication matters. She received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an international politics certificate from the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Alex Vietor currently serves as the Communications Manager at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology from Truman State University and has previous experience in copywriting, marketing and public relations. AJ Garms

AJ Garms currently serves as the Creative Design Manager at Junior Chamber International (JCI). He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Lindenwood University, where he was a part of Alpha Phi Omega National Co-Ed Service Fraternity. He has extensive experience utilizing branding to visually communicate the ideals and values of a company, especially in the nonprofit and commercial sectors. AJ is also a long distance triathlete and Ironman 70.3 finisher. His passion for fitness and vision of a healthier world drive him to inspire others on their journey.
