Ryubun Kojima

Born on January 2, 1981 in Minoh-city, Osaka, Japan, Ryubun Kojima is an Administrator of Katsuo-ji-temple, and resides in Minoh-city Osaka, Japan. Ryubun joined JCI Osaka in 2012. In 2019, at the local level, he served as President of JCI Osaka. In 2017, at the national level, he served as Chairperson of the Promoting Sincerity to the General Affairs Commission and in 2018, at the international level, he served as Vice President of JCI. In 2020, he  served as the Executive Vice President of JCI for Asia and the Pacific. He has attended eight JCI Area Conferences and eight JCI World Congresses. He speaks English and Japanese.

Itai Manyere

Born 20 February 1982, Manyere joined JCI Harare, Zimbabwe in 2004. He served on the Local Board and as JCI Harare Local President in 2006. In 2008, he later served on the JCI Zimbabwe National Board in various capacities, eventually becoming the 2014 JCI Zimbabwe National President.  

At the international level, Manyere served as the 2015 JCI Vice President for Africa and the Middle East and was later appointed to the 2016 JCI Skills Development Committee, 2017 JCI Growth and Development Committee for Africa and the Middle East and the 2018 JCI Executive Vice President for Africa and the Middle East.  

In 2019, Manyere served as the Chief Executive Assistant to theJCI President. He has participated in 12 JCI Area Conferences, eight JCI World Congresses and two JCI Global Partnership Summits. He graduated from the 26th JCI Academy in Fukuyama, Japan and has been honored as JCI Senator No. 74629. In 2020, Itai served as JCI’s President.

Amzad Hussain

Born 30 November 1982 in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Hussain holds a Master of Business Administration and works as director of a consumer products manufacturing company. He holds a director position of a family-run travel and tourism company. He is also a co-owner of a franchise cricket team in Bangladesh Premier League. Currently he serves as a director of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). 

He resides in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with his wife Sarah, and their daughters, Nisa and Alzeena. Hussain joined JCI Dhaka East in 2011. He became Local President in 2012 and National President in 2014. At the international level, Hussain served as 2016 JCI Vice President. He also served as a Councilor of the Asia-Pacific Development Council in 2012 and 2013, JCI Partnership Committee Member in 2015, JCI Alumni Relations Committee Member in 2017 and JCI Strategic Planning Committee Member in 2018. He has attended nine JCI Area Conferences, seven JCI World Congresses and three JCI Global Partnership Summits. 

He graduated from the 26th JCI Academy in Fukuyama, Japan in 2013. He has been honored as JCI Senator No. 71987. He is a Henry Giessenbier Fellow of the JCI Foundation. He is a JCI Trainer for JCI Official and Recommended Trainings. In 2019, he served as the Executive Vice President for Asia and the Pacific. He Speaks English, Hindi and Bangla.

Harira CISSE

Born on October 30, 1982 in Ansongo, Mali, Harira Cisse is a pharmacist and works as a consultant for the Promotion of the Quality of Medicines Program in Mali. She resides in Bamako, Mali. Harirajoined JCI in 2007. She became Local President of JCI Bamako Espoir in 2013, served as 2014 JCI Mali National Vice President and 2015 National Executive Vice President. In 2016, Hariraserved as Deputy National President and the following year as 2017 JCI Mali National President. At the international level, Harirawas a member of the 2018 JCI Strategic Planning Committee. She has attended seven JCI Area Conferences and three JCI World Congresses. She has been honored as JCI Senator No. 75785. She speaks French and some English. In 2019, she served as JCI Vice President and was assigned to Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Djibouti, Senegal, Togo and Benin.

Teresa Poon

Born on June 21, 1981, Teresa Poon is the director of three companies and resides in Hong Kong. She joined JCI City Lady in 2008 and served as the Local President in 2011. She became Secretary General for the 2012 JCI Asia-Pacific Conference in Hong Kong. In 2013, she demonstrated herself as an impact maker by serving as National Vice President and a calm decision maker as National General Legal Counsel in 2014. Her appointment as a JCI 100th Anniversary Committee Member and Growth and Development Chairperson in the following years made her a global networker. In 2017, she became JCI Hong Kong National President and inspired 2,300 members locally. Teresa is an entrepreneur who has attended 14 JCI Area Conferences and eight JCI World Congresses, in 2019 she held the office of JCI Vice President assigned to Japan, Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Heather Vardell

Heather Vardell was born on November 13, 1981 in Columbia, South Carolina, USA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus in Public Administration and works as a workers’ compensation manager for a national staffing company, Defender Services. She joined JCI Cayce-West Columbia in 2009. She served as Individual Development Vice President in 2010, Local Chapter President in 2011 and 2012, JCI South Carolina State President in 2013, Civic Leadership Certification PM for JCI USA in 2014, National Vice President in 2015, National Membership Director and 2016 and National President in 2017. At the international level, Heather served on the Training Task Force in 2014, as Executive Assistant for the JCI President in 2018 and Digital Transformation Committee member in 2019. She has attended three JCI World Congresses and three JCI Area Conferences. She has been honored as JCI Senator No. 74132. In 2020, Heather served as JCI Vice President assigned to JCI Colombia, JCI Dutch Caribbean, JCI Jamaica, JCI Suriname and JCI West Indies.

Céline Bleher

Born on July 22, 1981 in Saint-Mandé, France, Céline Bleher holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Economics. She works as Human Resources Development Director for LACROIX Group and lives in Angers, France. Céline joined JCI Angloulême-Cognac in 2008 and JCI du Saumurois in 2013. She became a Local President in 2010 (awarded Best Local President), then served as Appointee in charge of “International affairs” for JCI France in 2011, National Vice President in 2014 (Secretary General) and National President in 2015. At the international level, Céline has attended six JCI European Conferences, one JCI Conference of America and eight JCI World Congresses since 2008. She attended the German Academy in 2011 and the JCI Academy in 2014. She speaks French, English and German.

Born on October 30, 1981 in Casablanca, Morocco, Hanane Benyahia holds a master’s degree in Quality Management and currently works as a social project manager for a national NGO. She resides in Casablanca, Morocco with her family. Hanane joined JCI in January 2010. She became Local President of JCI CasaImpact in 2015 and National President of JCI Morocco in 2019. At the international level, Hanane served as a 2020 JCI Partnerships Committee Member, and she has attended five JCI Area Conferences and one JCI World Congress. She has been honored as JCI Senator No.77020. She speaks Arabic, French and some English.

Tetiwe Nzimah

Born November 29, 1984 in Mufulira, Zambia, Tetiwe Nzimah holds an Executive MBA in Leadership and Wealth Creation and works as a CEO and Fashion Illustrator of her clothing brand – House of Nkosi. Tetiwe also serves on the C2-Alliance board as a board member. She resides in Lusaka, Zambia. Tetiwe joined JCI Lusaka in 2013 and is the second JCI member in her family after her father. She became the JCI Lusaka Public Relations Director in 2014, JCI Lusaka Local President in 2015, National President in 2016, Africa and Middle East Development Counselor in 2019 and a Partnerships Committee Member in 2020. Tetiwe has attended three JCI Area Conferences and two JCI World Congresses. She speaks English proficiently and French with limited working proficiency.

Yassine Jaouadi

Born on July 17, 1984 in Ariana, Tunisia, Yassine Jaouadi is a mechanical engineer and holds a master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Engineering. He works as the director of his own company, which specializes in ecological packaging solutions. He resides in Tunis, Tunisia with his wife Salma and their three children. Yassine joined JCI Soukra in 2008. He became the Founder and the Local President of JCI Innovation in 2011, served as 2013 JCI Tunisia National Director in charge of growth and development and 2014 National Vice President. He was recognized as the best leader in JCI Tunisia in 2013 and the Most Outstanding National Vice President in 2014. He served as 2018 National Executive Vice President, 2019 National Executive Director and 2020 National President. At the international level, Yassine has attended two JCI Area Conferences and two JCI World Congresses. He has been honored as JCI Senator No. 77901. He speaks Arabic, French and English.

Zandile Makhoba

Born April 19, 1986 in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Zandile Makhoba holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Science Studies, Bachelor of Social Science Studies in Psychology, Diploma in Culinary Arts Programme and works as a Managing Director for Zandi The Chef International. She resides in Durban, South Africa with her family. Zandile joined JCI South Africa in 2013. She became a Local President in 2016 and served as National President of JCI South Africa in 2020. She has attended one JCI Area Conference and one JCI World Congress. She is a graduate of the 2018 JCI Academy.

Kaveen Kumar Kumaravel

Born on January 25, 1986 in Erode, TN, India, Kaveen Kumar Kumaravel holds a master’s degree in International Business and works as managing partner of a retail chain. He is an inspirational and visionary businessman predominantly involved in the bag manufacturing industry. He resides in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, with his wife Madhumitha, their daughter Krieya and son Diyan. He joined JCI Erode in 2010 with the intention to serve the community and develop his leadership qualities. In 2017, he served as a Local Organization President of JCI Erode. He was elected as the Zone President in 2019 and recognized as the most outstanding Zone President of JCI India. He served as the 2020 Executive Vice President of JCI India. Kaveen has attended one JCI World Congress and eight JCI National Conferences. He has achieved the Phil Pugsley Patron status for his donations to the JCI Foundation. He speaks Tamil and English.

Paul Jess Estrellado

Paul Jess “PJ” Estrellado is the eldest son of Leopoldo and Benita Estrellado and a brother to Kristina, Rodhora and Rovin. Having been raised in a very family-oriented home, he regards his family as the most important part of his life. He is happily married to Jessa and a loving father to Zofia Paula and Paul James. His experiences have molded him to remain humble but determined and respectful to everyone. He became deeply involved in his family’s businesses during his college years, building his proficiency in various business acumen. He attended Rogationist Academy in Silang, Cavite for his Secondary Education and pursued his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Export Management at De La Salle – College of St. Benilde. He currently serves as the Vice President of El Coco Group of Companies, L.A. Estrellado Food Corporation and The Coco Palace Hotel. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PJPE Tiger Food Corporation. He was invited to join JCI San Pablo 7 Lakes in 2010, sparking a very vibrant JCI career. He served his chapter in various capacities before eventually accepting the challenge to become its 2015 Chapter President. He continued to climb the JCI Philippines leadership ladder by serving various elected positions thereafter. His journey to become a catalyst of change ultimately led him to become the 2019 JCI Philippines National President.

Born January 10, 1983 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Pheng Kouch (William) holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and works as President of Advanced Glory Logistics (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. He resides in Phnom Penh, Cambodia with his wife Lypheng Taing, their son Kelvin Kouch and daughters Alice Kouch and Jessica Kouch. Pheng joined JCI Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2010. He became Local President in 2013, National President in 2015 and JCI Asia-Pacific Conference Director in 2020. At the International Level, Pheng has attended seven JCI Area Conferences and five JCI World Congress. He has been honored as JCI Senator No. 74163. He speaks Khmer, English and Mandarin Chinese.

Takahiro Sasaki

Born on October 7, 1986 in Saitama, Japan, Takahiro Sasaki is President and Representative Director of Ashima Co., Ltd. and resides in Saitama, Japan. Takahiro joined JCI Saitama-chuo in 2012. In 2018, at the national level, he served as Chairperson of JCI Japan’s UN Affairs Committee and as Chairperson of JCI Japan’s General Affairs Commission in 2019. In 2018, at the local level, he served as Executive Vice President of JCI Saitama-chuo. Last year, Takahiro was the Local President of JCI Saitama-chuo. He has attended ten JCI Area Conferences and six JCI World Congresses. He speaks Japanese and English.

Neil Fitzgerald

Born September 2, 1982, in Essex, UK, Neil Fitzgerald holds a bachelor’s degree in History and is currently studying at Harvard Business School. Neil works as a Product and Pricing Strategy Director for a travel company. He resides in Los Angeles, California, USA, with his cat Katie. Fitzgerald joined JCI Santa Clarita Valley in 2012 after moving from the United Kingdom for his job; in the UK he had served as a City Councillor. He became Local President in 2013 and 2014, State President in 2016 and National Vice President in 2017 before serving as JCI USA first ever Director of Chapter Development in 2018, helping to create over 20 new local organizations. At the international level, Neil served as a JCI Advocacy Committee member for 2020 and previously as commissioner on the America Development Council. He has attended two JCI Area Conferences and one JCI World Congress. He has also been honored as JCI Senator No. 76896.

Born November 17, 1981 in Panama City, Panama, Otto Gamboa holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources and works as branch manager and partner of Clínica Los Portales, a national corporation of four private medical clinics and logistics manager of GAMROJA S.A., a local leader company in distribution of medical supplies. He resides in Panama City, Panama, with his wife Amarelys, and their son Maximiliano and daughter Abigail. Otto joined JCI De La Ciudad de Panama in 2009. He became Local President in 2012, National Executive Vice President 2016 and National President in 2017. At the international level, Gamboa served as Partnership Committee member for the Americas in 2018, and Conference Director for the Conference of America 2020. Born on March 31, 1989 in Tubarão, Santa Catarina, Brazil, Thaynan Mariano holds a technology degree in Mechatronics and works as a consultant in strategic marketing and gamification at his own company. He resides in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Thaynan co-founded JCI Florianópolis in 2011. He became Local President in 2011 and National President in 2020. Yohemmy Martínez Serrano

Born March 20, 1987 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Yohemmy Martínez Serrano holds a master’s degree in Logistic and Operation Management and works in the Purchase and Public Procurement area of an Electricity distribution company of the Dominican Republic, public sector. She resides in San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, with her maternal grandparents and her twin sister Ilonka. Yohemmy joined JCI´80, Inc. in 2008. She became Local President in 2012, National Director in 2013 and 2015, National Vice President in 2016, Executive Vice President in 2017, Secretary General in 2018, and JCI Dominican Republic National President in 2019. At the international level, Yohemmy served as the 2020 Commissioner of the American Development Council (ADC). She has attended five JCI Area Conferences and one JCI World Congress. She participated and graduated from the 2012 American Leadership Academy in Curitiba, Brazil and also became a Global Networker through the 2018 JCI Academy in Himeji, Japan. Born July 8, 1983 in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Drazen Stankovic holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and works as lead developer of a software manufacturing company. He resides in Belgrade, Serbia. Drazen joined JCI Belgrade in 2015. He became Local President in 2018 and National President in 2019. At the international level, Drazen served as 2020 JCI Europe Development Council Counselor. He has attended three JCI Area Conferences and one JCI World Congress. He has been honored as JCI Senator No. 78780. He speaks English and Serbian.

Geir Arne Aune Hovd

Born on May 18, 1981 in Trondheim, Norway. Geir Arne Aune Hovd studied Technology management and psychology at Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim. He is self-employed and resides in Copenhagen, Denmark. Geir joined JCI Evolution (Trondheim) in March 2010. He became a local board member in 2011, Deputy National President in 2014 and National President in 2015. He has attended five JCI Area Conferences and six JCI World Congresses. He graduated from the 27th JCI Academy in Handa, Japan and has been honored as JCI Senator No. 74559. He speaks English, Norwegian and some German and Spanish.

Manuela Weber

Manuela Weber was born in Bavaria, Germany. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and works in the IT field. She joined JCI Munich in 2013, became Local President in 2015, was a member of the Bavarian State Board in 2016 and 2017, got elected as JCI Germany National President in 2019 and served as JCI European Development Councillor in 2020. Manuela has attended six JCI European Conferences, three JCI Asia-Pacific Conferences and six JCI World Congresses. She has been honored as JCI Senator No. 77762. She speaks German, English and French.

Michaela Palmberg

Born April 26, 1985 in Kristinestad, Finland, Michaela Palmberg holds a master’s degree in French and Financial Studies and works as an entrepreneur in a translation agency. She is an experienced professional in the field of linguistics. She resides in Tampere, Finland with her spouse Jani. Michaela joined JCI Vaasa in 2014. She became Local President in 2015, Regional Officer in 2016 and National President in 2020. Michaela has attended eleven JCI Area Conferences and five JCI World Congresses. She has been honored as JCI Senator #77781 and has been awarded for her leadership skills nationally. Michaela speaks Swedish, Finnish and English fluently, has a working proficiency in French and an elementary proficiency in German, Spanish and Dutch. She is a dedicated young leader who also serves as a City Council Member and Vice President for the Education and Welfare Committee in the city of Valkeakoski.

Olena Prykhodko

Born on June 3, 1993 in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Olena Prykhodko holds a master’s degree in Law and is currently writing a PhD in Constitutional Economics. She is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Modelex Education Monaco, a Center for Academic Excellence in the Principality of Monaco. Olena joined JCI Monte Carlo in 2015. She became National Vice President in 2017 and was elected as National President in 2018. At the international level, she served as European Development Councillor in 2019 and was a member of the JCI Europe Partnerships Team in 2020. She has attended three JCI European Conferences, two JCI Asia-Pacific Conferences and three JCI World Congresses. Olena has also been awarded the State Medal of Ukraine for her outstanding contribution towards Youth Development, served as the Advisor to the Mayor of Kharkiv and discussed the challenges facing education today as a guest speaker at the Davos World Economic Forum in 2018. She speaks fluent English, Russian, French and Ukrainian.

Kevin Hin currently serves as the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Secretary General, responsible for managing the JCI Headquarters team and for supporting the President, Board of Directors and members around the world to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. Born in London, United Kingdom, of Mauritian and Chinese descent, Kevin Hin holds a Master’s degree in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.

He brings in a strong business and entrepreneurial background, having most recently worked as deputy Sales Director for the APM Monaco jewelry brand and as Chief Marketing Officer of a start-up in Hong Kong. He resides in Monte Carlo, Principality of Monaco, where he moved to with his family in 1989. Kevin Hin’s JCI journey began in 2003 as a member of JCI Monaco. He became Local President in 2006 and National President in 2010 as well as occupying several national board positions.

At the international level, he served as COC Managing Director of the JCI European Conference in Monte-Carlo in 2013 and JCI Vice President for Europe in 2016. He finally served as 2018 JCI Executive Vice President for Europe before being appointed as Secretary General at the 2019 JCI World Congress in Tallinn, Estonia. He truly believes in making the members of the organization feel special and is passionate about the positive impact that JCI can have on young leaders and entrepreneurs around the world.

Lily Chen

Lily Chen currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. In Lily’s JCI journey, she has served as Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Controller. She manages the daily financial and accounting activities of JCI, including budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking operation.

Zack Keener currently serves as the Accountant for Junior Chamber International (JCI). He has been with JCI since 2018. He holds a bachelor’s of science and mass media from Missouri State University and an accounting certificate from St. Charles Community College. He is pursuing a Master of Forensic Accounting at Webster University in St. Louis, USA. His role at JCI ensures that budgets are balanced and expenditures are properly processed.

Jean Miller is the Human Resource and Office Manager for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She has worked in various capacities in the U.S. nonprofit industry for well over 20 years. Miller is responsible for managing all payroll, benefits administration and personnel issues for the World Headquarters Staff. She is also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the JCI World Headquarters building and grounds.

Rocio Acosta

Rocio Acosta currently serves as the Executive Coordinator for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She holds an International Relations degree from UNIDA University in Paraguay and speaks Spanish, English and German fluently. Her background in both the private international and diplomatic sectors has helped her settle at JCI and feel comfortable with a fully multicultural team. She is in charge of coordinating the work between the JCI President and Secretary General, as well as all official communications from their offices. 

She lives in Asuncion, Paraguay.

Senior Manager for Skills Development

Comfort Nkiri

Comfort Daru Nkiri serves as the Skills Development Manager at the JCI World Headquarters. She served as 2013 President of JCI University of Buea. At the national level, she has served as 2014 General Legal counsel, 2015 Project Director and 2016 Personal Assistant to the President of JCI Cameroon. She received her bachelor’s degree in science and sociology, a master’s degree in anthropology and a minor in economics from the University of Buea Cameroon.

Senior Manager for Corporate Partnerships

Lutz Kohne

Lutz Kohne currently serves as Growth and Development Director for Europe. He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Human Geography from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. He has an extensive background in the international non-profit sector and just sailed across the Atlantic before taking up his new responsibilities in JCI. Thus, as an experienced skipper and project manager, he makes sure to get everyone aboard before catching the wind to embark on new paths to increase JCI Europe’s impact and help the members to initiate new projects and collaborations in Europe.

Diana Sussman Tockstein

Diana Sussman Tockstein currently serves as the Partnerships Manager for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, focusing in Politics and Diplomacy with minors in Spanish and European Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. At JCI, Diana is responsible for maintaining partnerships with like-minded organizations and developing relevant programs and projects in-line with the JCI mission. In addition, Diana also works on communications and fundraising for the Global Youth Empowerment Fund as well as other internal projects. JCI lets Diana follow her passion for international non-profit work and empowering young people to create sustainable change.

Roberto Elias

Roberto Elias currently serves as Executive Director of Growth and Development for Junior Chamber International (JCI). He received his degree in Business from Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion Catholic University. He also earned an executive MA with an emphasis in finance and marketing from GADEX Business School at Cadiz University, Spain. Elias served as the JCI Area Director for the Americas from 2010-2018. In his current role, he oversees the Growth and Development Team. He lives in Asuncion, Paraguay with his wife and son. He speaks English and Spanish.

Armina Petrescu-Tudor

Armina Petrescu-Tudor currently serves as Growth and Development Coordinator at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her Bachelor of Arts in both International Relations and Environmental Analysis & Policy from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She has prior experience working for international organizations and non-profits within the international development and environmental justice sectors. At JCI, Armina is responsible for managing the Tougher Than Cancer Campaign, developing content and programs for JCI events, creating resources for JCI members, and assisting with any other internal projects and long-term growth strategies in line with the JCI Strategic Plan. Armina’s commitment to humanitarian action and environmental justice drives her work to support JCI members’ efforts to advance the JCI Mission.

Growth and Development Director for Europe

Dorian Lötzer

Dorian Lötzer is the Area Director for Europe at Junior Chamber International (JCI). Within this role, he takes on responsibilities for JCI Europe communications and projects, while also supporting in administrative duties and working with the Board of Directors. Dorian holds a Master’s Degree in International Political Economy from the University of Manchester and has worked in several NGOs, giving him the experience necessary to Bridge the Gap between JCI Europe and the HQ in St. Louis. Growth and Development Director for America

Luis Lane

Luis Lane currently serves as Growth and Development Director for America. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Asuncion, Paraguay. He co-founded, and manages, a snack company in Paraguay and currently sits on the board of other organizations. He is a 2018 Fellow of the US Department of State program, YLAI (Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative). In JCI he is responsible for the members’ development as well as making sure that organizations are making the best of the opportunities! He uses his experience in entrepreneurship to help members develop sustainable and collaborative projects that will impact communities in America.

Growth and Development Director for Africa and the Middle East

Tunji Oyeyemi

Tunji Oyeyemi currently serves as the Growth and Development Director for Africa and the Middle East at Junior Chamber International (JCI). Oyeyemi brings a very strong background in interpersonal skills, conflict management, youth development and business operations. He is a passionate, result-oriented team builder with over seven years of experience in the NGO space. Oyeyemi studied engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria and also attended Lagos Business School. He comes to JCI with experience as the Program Director of Exxes Options Solutions Services Limited and as a director of the African Foundation for Peace and Love Initiative. His JCI journey began in 2000 when he joined the organization at his university. In 2007, he joined JCI Festac and later became a member of JCI Akure. He served as the 2016 JCI Nigeria National President and held various other leadership roles at the local and national levels.

Growth and Development Director for Asia and the Pacific

Cynthia Wong

Cynthia currently serves as the Growth and Development Director for Asia and the Pacific at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her bachelor’s degree in commerce and the first master degree in IT management from University of Wollongong, Australia. She later pursued a second master’s degree in culture management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Cynthia has extensive experience in event and administrative management in a variety of sectors, including: NGO, medical, IT, and education. She had led a team to organize the international congresses in the Asia and the Pacific region.

Being in JCI over 18 years, she has held many national offices in JCI Hong Kong, from Vice President to Treasurer to General Legal Counsel, as well as the Chair of the TOYP Selection Committee in 2013. Internationally, she was an APDC Officer in 2009 and was appointed as a Sponsorship Committee Member in 2018.

Member Services Coordinator

Djamo Dahirou

Djamo Dahirou currently serves as Member Services Coordinator for Junior Chamber International (JCI). He received his Bachelors of Political Science and public Administration from the University of Buea and a postgraduate degree in Political Sciences and International Relations from the University of Yaoundé II – Soa, Cameroon. Dahirou’s journey in JCI started in 2014 where he served as 2016 Local President of JCI Yaounde and 2017 National Director for Growth and Development in JCI Cameroon. In his capacity at JCI, he provides constant support to the Membership Services Department by assisting Local 
and National Organizations and creating quality customer service for members. Due to his passion for nonprofit work and education, he believes service to humanity is the best work one can do.

He lives in Douala, Cameroon with his wife and son. He speaks English, French and Fulani.

Growth and Development Coordinator for Africa and the Middle East

Esther Andi

Esther Gaelle Ibeiri Andi currently serves as the Growth and Development Coordinator for Africa and the Middle East for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her master’s degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations of Cameroon. In her capacity at JCI, she helps and assists members of the area with website issues or any issues related to JCI. She equally assists the Area Director for Africa and the Middle East according to the needs of the members. She is also responsible for the translation of work using her knowledge of French and English to ensure that all JCI members in the area and in other areas have the tools and resources in the languages they need.

Maren Eriksen-Russo

Maren Eriksen-Russo currently serves as the Events Manager at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She attended Truman State University and has a background in fundraising. She assists in the development, implementation, coordination and maintenance of JCI Events and JCI Programs. Her passion for international non-profit work and advocacy informs her work to engage more people with the JCI Mission every day.

Mariana Arce

Mariana Arce currently serves as Events Manager at Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received an International Business Baccalaureate from UNIDA and currently lives in Asuncion, Paraguay. As part of the events team, she ensures that the JCI Mission is carried out on every level. She believes that by working at JCI, she has seen the effort people put in every day to make a change in the world that is visible and tangible. Arce is very happy to be part of this global community that believes that each one of us can contribute to make our world a better place.

Nick Sarakas

Nick Sarakas currently serves as Director of IT for Junior Chamber International (JCI). In his capacity at JCI, he manages staff and JCI Board technological needs, as well as help with issues relating to the JCI Website and JCI apps. Furthermore, Sarakas oversees registration before all JCI Events and the on-site registration at JCI World Congresses. Before JCI, Sarakas worked for Internet Service Providers for 9 years. Sarakas currently sits on the board of two non-profits; one helping teach programming to underprivileged children and the other helping raise funds for struggling nonprofits.

Marketing and Communications Director

Dan Fox

Dan Fox currently serves as the Marketing Director for the Junior Chamber International (JCI). Prior to his time with JCI, Dan was a journalist, and worked at several St. Louis area newspapers, as well as the local newspapers in Sydney, Nebraska and Skagway, Alaska. If you bump into him at a networking function, ask him about hiking or cross country skiing to break the ice! At JCI, Dan works with the other members on the Marketing Team to facilitate internal and external communications, reaching out to JCI members and spreading the JCI message to people outside of the organization.

He lives in St. Louis County, Missouri, United States.

Digital Media Manager

Ann Marion

Ann Marion currently serves as the Digital Media Manager for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She is responsible for the daily management of JCI’s social media accounts as well as social media regarding the JCI campaigns. Through positive, consistent brand messaging and strategy, she assists the overall image of JCI throughout digital platforms. Ann also assists with website updates and other communication matters. She received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an international politics certificate from the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Creative Design Manager

AJ Garms

AJ Garms currently serves as the Creative Design Manager at Junior Chamber International (JCI). He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Lindenwood University, where he was a part of Alpha Phi Omega National Co-Ed Service Fraternity. He has extensive experience utilizing branding to visually communicate the ideals and values of a company, especially in the nonprofit and commercial sectors. AJ is also a long distance triathlete and Ironman 70.3 finisher. His passion for fitness and vision of a healthier world drive him to inspire others on their journey.

Julie Amuedo

Julie Amuedo currently serves as the Communications Manager for Junior Chamber International (JCI). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theater respectively with a minor in Film Studies at Truman State University. She is responsible for writing and copy-editing content for all JCI initiatives in relation to JCI Events, campaigns and JCI Programs. Julie also assists with developing content while always remaining brand consistent. She is proud to be a part of the team that spreads the global message of JCI to support youthful entrepreneurs and give them the tools to invest, empower, and evolve in these changing times.
